If you don’t want to do the all the hard work of investigating what equipment you need, we offer bespoke solutions to build your complete solution for you. This can be for board level (PCB), end of line (EOL) product testing or both.

PCB Level Solutions

At PCB level testing, we will provide you with our HILTOP system and a bespoke Coda-Pin test fixture. This will enable your operators to secure your PCB or motherboard in a fixture. The connected HILTOP platform runs the necessary test scripts to validate your PCB has been built correctly. Each board level test sequence would be initiated by scanning a barcode on the product. All data is recorded and tracked in a product database which we can configure on your own servers or ours.

EOL Level

Bespoke end-of-line test solutions can be a bigger undertaking depending on the type of product being tested. Using our HILTOP systems at the core, our team will be able to work with your engineers to pull together the requirements for your system. We believe in close collaboration with our customers for the best results.

EV Charger Testing

We have a long history and a wealth of knowledge with EVSE manufacturing and testing. Solutions surrounding the production testing of electric vehicle chargers are a second nature to us. We have a range of reusable hardware for our HILTOP test platform, along with accessories for end of line testing such as EVSE-TOP.
