‘- Robust handle and latch assembly
– Clear polycarbonate lid allows visibility of UUT. (space under lid when closed = 41mm)
– Probe plate locking screw
– All side and base plate can be removed for drilling. 100Mm deep pan is supplied as standard
– Two Carlson springs allow the top plate to remain open at any position (except MF0SC)
– Probe plate will open on hinges, allowing access to the pan. (probe plate thickness – 9.75mm)
– Pan latch button and locking screw

Description

The MF Series is designed to test simpler PCBs, such as those containing low-density, conventional circuitry.

Typical examples;

  • Repair and Calibration Stations
  • Testing PCBs such as power supplies and control boards
  • Modules and Sub-Assembly Alignment

This series has a hinged polycarbonate top plate which, when latched closed, and using the supplied push fingers, puts a downward force onto the PCB and the test probes

MF2SCS – Base Box Size mm = 400 x 300 x 100 / Max UUT mm = 330 x 170 / Max probe count (6oz probes) = 200
MF3SCS – Base Box Size mm = 500 x 400 x 100 / Max UUT mm = 430 x 250 / Max probe count (6oz probes) = 250
