Our Solution

Devtank supplied Indra with 8 test and measurement solutions: 4 motherboard testers and 4 end-of-line testers.

Motherboard testers:

  • Use HILTOPs and Test Fixtures for real-time pass/fail displays.
  • Barcodes scanned to save results in a SQL database, linked to each motherboard.
  • Test fixtures securely connects motherboards to test pins, ensuring accurate testing.
  • HILTOP runs tests via LAN cable.

End-of-line testers:
end of line test rig

  • Test rack with a HILTOP at its core replicates an EV car for larger-scale testing.
  • Chargers are connected and wired into the HILTOP for comprehensive testing.
